Returns and Refunds

At Masters of the Wind, each piece is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before shipment. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in its original condition, with all accompanying materials, and whenever possible in its original protective packaging.

Before returning an item, please contact Masters of the Wind through the Contact page on our website. Please do not return artwork without contacting us first.

Unless the item arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Because framed artwork can be damaged in transit, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service when making a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take special care in packaging every Masters of the Wind piece for shipment. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please retain the artwork, shipping carton, packaging materials, and shipping label, as photographs or inspection of these materials may be required to process a shipping damage claim.

If the item is determined to have been damaged during shipment or was sent incorrectly, Masters of the Wind will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost to you.

Refunds

Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Artwork that is returned damaged, altered, incomplete, or in a condition different from when it was originally shipped may not qualify for a full refund.

Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, or specially commissioned pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
